After making the delicious Tunisian Lemonade, since the whole lemon is used and filtered in a strainer, all the pulp including the zest remains. This one is very tasty, It should not be thrown away. It can be used in vinaigrette recipes, cookies and, as for today’s recipe, cake. Another great way to have zero waste in my kitchen!
