Ratatouille is a side dish that I really like. It is a mixture of vegetables typical of the south; there is onion, garlic, pepper, zucchini, eggplant and tomato. With a little thyme, rosemary and bay leaf from the garden to flavor everything, it fills the house with sunny scents.
