Soybean Pulp (Okara) Burger Patties / Galettes de hamburger à la pulpe (okara) de soja

I’ve started making my own soy milk and tofu. It’s a bit of a long process, but it’s well worth it. They’re both much better than the store-bought versions. The tofu doesn’t have that cardboardy taste, and the milk is sweet and creamy. They’re truly delicious. I find them absolutely worth the time and effort.
