Again with the aim of giving you ideas for your New Year’s Eve (or one of your festive evenings) and in the theme of this 2024 series, here is the recipe for a mocktail made with beetroot, sweet apple cider and ginger. Obviously, you can turn it into a cocktail by adding a touch of hard cider, vodka or tequila.
