Hydrating Fresh Green Juice / Jus vert frais et hydratant

Having a lot of mint and not wasting it requires imagination! As I mentioned in my October 7th Post about the mint from my garden and the desire to add it to recipes that are different or a little more special than mint syrup (to name just this one), why not use it in a good green vegetable juice? Finding mint in a Frozen Yoghurt Magnum, in a celery salad or like here in a vegetable juice, I find that these are different and original ways to include it. What do you think?
