In the Eastern Townships region (Estrie) in Quebec (Canada), there are several farms that allow you to pick your own berries. One of my favorites is the blueberry. Blueberry farms specialize in growing blueberries. I just got back from picking buckets of them! Nearly 6 kg!
What can you do with so much fruits? Jam, pie, cake, sauce, vinaigrette… The uses for blueberries are endless!
