  4. Mixer (or not!): For an ultra-creamy soup, use an immersion blender. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.

🎨 The art of topping: Give your bowl some personality!

A soup becomes a true chef’s meal thanks to the interplay of textures and contrasts. Here are my favorite combinations to transform this creamy soup into a gourmet masterpiece:

🌰 The Crunchy & Roasted Spirit

To add texture to the silky soup, nothing beats a handful of pumpkin or sunflower seeds quickly browned in a pan with a cumin-infused sea salt. You can also add some crushed cashew nuts or delicious crispy fried onions. It ‘s the perfect contrast that makes every spoonful sing!

🌿 A Breath of Fresh Air

If you’re looking to balance the warm notes of the spices, add a generous handful of fresh coriander or parsley chiseled. For the more daring, a touch of chopped mint or lime zest grated with a microplane, it will bring an explosion of invigorating freshness to the mouth.

🥥 The Creamy & Tangy Touch

If you like very comforting creamy soups, draw a delicious spiral with a drizzle of coconut milk or place a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt (or plant based one). Add a little dash of lime juice freshly pressed: the acidity will awaken the whole bowl and enhance the sweetness of the leek.

🌟 My signature combo: A spoonful of roasted pumpkin seeds, a few fresh coriander leaves, and a splash of coconut milk. The perfect balance of crunch, freshness, and creaminess!

So, ready to treat yourself and do your body some good? Don’t hesitate to tell me in the comments which topping combination you chose!
